On Hand Lashes & Merchandise

Processing Time

Orders for on hand lashes and merchandise are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email or text with your tracking information.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping days for on hand merchandise are Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

  • Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once processing has begun.
  • Charmé Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather related issues.

Wigs & Bundles

Processing Time

All wig and bundle orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Orders placed using Zip or Afterpay require 48 to 72 business hours for processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email or text with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

At Charmé Collective, all sales are final.

We take pride in offering high quality lashes, wigs, and bundles that are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
